Hello families. Students will bring home the Home Language Survey, Housing Questionnaire, 2026-2027 Free Reduced Meal Application, Web Agreement, Acceptable Use Agreement, and lastly, the One-to-One Device Agreement. All forms need to be completed and sent back to school as soon as possible. Students in grades 5-12 cannot be issued their school laptop until these forms are sent back. A few items to note, the Home Language Survey and Housing Questionnaire are required by the state of North Dakota. The Free Reduced Meal Application should be completed as this information helps the district secure funding from state and federal entities. It's important all families complete this application even if you won't be approved. All information is kept confidential and stored in a secure/locked file. If you have already filled one out, you don't need to compelte another one. The Web Agreement and Accceptable Use Agreement must be completed by every student and parent/household. These documents ensure students will follow acceptable use onlie and when using district technology. The One-to-One Device Agreement is signed by each student in grades 5-12 so they may use a school issued laptop. If you have any questions, please call the school and speak with Mrs. Beck. Thank you!
